How to Measure

Get a Flexible Tape
Use a soft measuring tape (like a seamstress tape) or a piece of string you can measure afterward.

Find the Widest Part
Wrap the tape around your head, placing it about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears.

Note the Measurement
Keep the tape snug but not tight. Read the measurement in inches or cm and match it to the chart.

Between Sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
